Before requesting a return or refund, you must:
- Attend our complimentary training session.
- Use at least 20 syringes.
If you are still unsatisfied after completing both requirements, give us a call to request a full refund for your first box.
If you would like additional support, you can schedule an online meeting with a training specialist at no charge.
