1. Connect vial adapter for needle-free reconstitution.
The NavaClick syringe is perfectly calibrated to dispense .02mL with each click, which is exactly one unit of neurotoxin with a 2CC reconstitution. If you prefer to use a different reconstitution, refer to the conversion charts here.
Pro-Tip: Adding a little air back into the vial to equalize pressure and/or create positive pressure may aid in withdrawing neurotoxin with fewer air bubbles.
2. Attach the NavaClick™ for needle-free withdrawals.
Pro Tip: Remove all air bubbles from the syringe for a drip-free delivery. Consider drawing an initial 0.2 mL into the syringe then squeezing it tightly back into the vial, compressing the black stopper completely against the tip to displace air. Repeat as necessary.
3: Twist the plunger 90° to lock it into CLICK mode.
Pro Tip: By locking into CLICK mode before releasing the syringe from the vial adapter, you will ensure that you withdraw precisely the amount intended.
Pro Tip: The plunger will work like a traditional syringe when in FREE mode. You can switch between modes to perfect your draw or finesse your delivery.
4: Secure our ultra-sharp needle to the NavaClick™ and you're ready to inject.
Pro Tip: The needle may stay sharp longer than you are accustomed, so don’t switch it out based on habit.
Essential Injection Tip: Please lift your thumb off the plunger and pause before removing the syringe from each injection site.
