Eligibility. Referrers must have a previous paid, non-cancelled purchase with a positive payment remaining after refunds. Sign in with that account. The referred practice must be a separate customer placing their first paid order. Self-referrals and duplicate practice accounts do not qualify.
Your $50 offers. Both offers require a merchandise subtotal of $275 or more before referral discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Valid on one-time purchases or the first auto-shipment payment, not renewals. The welcome code is single-use per customer and cannot combine with other discount codes.
Earned rewards. After the referred order is paid and eligibility is verified, a personal, single-use $50 discount code appears in your account on this page. Unverified cases are held for review. Rewards are not cash or store credit, expire 90 days after issue, and must be redeemed while signed in to the account that earned them. Combine up to five earned codes on one $275+ order; the minimum applies once per order. Other product and shipping discount combinations are excluded.
Returns and cancellations. Any refund or cancellation of the referred order disqualifies it and revokes its unused reward. Already-redeemed rewards are reviewed by our team.
